Please TAKE PHOTOS IMMEDIATELY if you find the package or item damaged.

The best way to contact us is by messages.

We always reply messages that are sent to us with an inquiry, usually within 24 hours of receipt or sooner.

Although we are trying our best , there could be small issues like wrong or defective item sent or damaged during transit or item not as described. Please do not hesitate to contact us and we will work with you for a reasonable solution.

Please notify us within 30 days from date of delivery if the item you receive is not as described.

We accept order cancellation for any reason within 30 days of receiving your goods. Should you wish to cancel, please notify us by messages in advance and return the item to us. We will issue a refund within 30 days after we have received and inspected the item you returned.

Please take considerate care of the goods and return it to us in its original condition which is required for a return eligibility. All items considered for exchange or refund must be returned in "as new" condition, complete with all packaging materials, otherwise the item will be considered used item and may be considered for trade-in purposes only.

Buyer is responsible for the shipping cost of return postage for change mind.
